In this session, Mr. Chinkee Tan and Bro. Bo Sanchez will discuss why a lot of people live in poverty because of a poor money mindset and having a lot of fears - fear of failure, rejection, what other people say, unknown and future. Furthermore, this session will tackle how to overcome poor mindset and fears by developing the right money mindset and right beliefs through renewing the mind, reading books, attending seminars, and finding coaches and mentors.

SESSION 2: MENTORING

In this session, Mr. Chinkee Tan and Bro. Bo Sanchez will discuss the importance of mentoring. Specifically, they will tackle the difference between having a mentor and a coach, the difference between a paid and a free mentor, how to find the right mentor, the qualities you have to find in a mentor, and where to look for one.

In this part of the course, Mr. Chinkee Tan will discuss his very own methodology on how to generate income in order to create consistent results. He calls his methodology the SIOMAI Method which stands for Skills (what you are good at), Interests & Assets (things that interest you or things you have that you can monetize), Offer (skills, interests, and assets that you can offer and monetize), Market & Medium (where to look for people who can benefit from your offer), Advantage (what makes you unique), and Income (how you can make money).

After Mr. Chinkee Tan has shared his methodology, Bro. Bo Sanchez will likewise share his 2-step methodology in generating income: overhauling your financial system and increasing your financial literacy. For Bro. Bo, these two areas need to be improved upon most especially if you seem to be showing signs that you have a low financial IQ such as when you can’t differentiate between good and bad debt, you fall for scam and you are unprepared for the future.

In this part of the course, Bro. Bo Sanchez will discuss mastery as well. In the video, he will share with you the abundance formula he personally used that made him successful and continuously uses. The abundance formula goes like this: 100 = 10% + 20% + 70%. He will also touch on the 4 important things when you give your 100% on something such as competence, character, determination, and differentiation.
